Its maccas a widely loved franchise but it's not really worth the drive or money when customer service is low. I've only been twice but twice has done it for me. The ladies need to work on their customer service and learn to not have so much attitude towards customers especially when they have no clue whether they are fresh locals here to stay or tourists.
Clean amd tidy. Excellent customer service. Everyone working was well mannered and trained.
Good place to eat if you want to become obese. Junk food full of sugar. OK probably once or twice a year.
We came in and there were 3 people standing at the counter talking amongst themselves. Both counters were closed and we stood there waiting to be served without any acknowledgement. It wasn't until a manager came out and spoke to the staff that we were even spoken to. We were then MADE to order through the self serve system. I work in an industry that is moving with the digital times and I am well aware of how things are changing. However to be forced to use self serve when there was nothing wrong with registers, as well as being blatantly ignored while waiting for service is appalling. There was clearly more than enough staff on, who could spend their time talking instead of working. Very disgusted.
Absolutely will not be going back, disorganized service and was not even busy was given wrong receipt number order supervisor asked about our order after patiently waitng, i was then rudely told my order had been called out and was sitting there and told i must have picked up the wrong receipt but in reality the receipt is handed to you by cashier even witnessed by my teenage kids.I was then handed the bag rudely shocked by what happened we headed down the road with a van in tow only to find the chips cold the chicken wrap smelling odd and thrown together i could not even take another bite threw it out. Disgusting Don't even know why i gave it one star.
