Customer service was disappointing. The counter staff was unprofessional. You see the ads for Bunnings - friendly service and the lady was just with sour attitude. I won't name and shame but she should be retrained in customer service. Staff should should be a brand ambassador and deliver positive service. People like her should not be at the counter. Either she's taken her personal life issues to work (no excuse mind you) or she's just a selective person for customer care - it's just not acceptable for any business. Despite my experience today I still love Bunnings but I refuse to have people like that treating other's like how I was treated today and get away with it because other's don't want to speak up. On a positive note- one out of the three I saw in my visit was great. He asked if I needed help and directed me to the correct area. Because of him I rate 3 rather 1.

The staff are always cheerful and ask you if you need help. Easy set up and a great plant variety
No surprises other than a reduced range, younger staff need more training but whats new about that.
This store really needs to be commended on their staff who not only go out of their way to assist you, but are super friendly too. The store is neat and well stocked with everything I needed.My only unhappy experience was with one of their young ladies who worked behind the paint counter - she seemed to be a bit bossy with the staff, messed up the paint order of the lady before me and had to put aside two pots of paint that were incorrect. When it was my turn, I asked for paint to be mixed she assured me the colour I was after was on the shelf but when I got home and opened what she gave me it was several shades lighter. We were moving that weekend so I could not go back to the store
