Nice pk clean n tidy, nice couple own the place very friendly and helpful
Couple that run the place are great.. I stayed in a cabin and it was very clean a little old both cabin and furnishings .. The property was well maintained.. Only down side was my cabin was close to the road which was busy (Bruce Hwy.) I thought the price was a little high as the place was quiet. The cabin Was 110 for 1 and the local motels sat around 80 for the same night..
The hosts Julie and Cameron were very helpful. They booked all our day tours in Cairns for us and advised us of the best things to do locally.The park has a well stocked kitchen and a great barbecue. The shower and toilets were spotlessly clean and tidy. The camp itself is quiet but there is some road noise as it is directly on the A1.
Julie and Cameron are excellent hosts. Sparkly clean ablution block. Lovely pool, grounds and camp kitchen. Great entertainment. We were only going to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 2 weeks - a great base for exploring the area - something for everyone!
Great park with larger sites, nice pool and great clean amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Grounds are very spacious. This is a lovely spot to set up a base and go sightseeing. Would stay again if in town.
