Booked well in advance at Innisfail had to cancel due to not being able to travel at that time. NO REFUND, Booking fees are too high. It deserves no stars

Sue was exceptional in helping me however I really question a 50% booking fee on a $20 fare talk about excessive.$170 for travel $40 for bookings won't be using these services and have advised my friends to book online.
